If you complete the educational inquiry form, WhyFIA collects the answers you submit along with your name, email address, and phone number. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

How it is used

ROSERIDGE CONSULTING LLC uses the information to respond to your request and provide access to the educational materials. The form sends the submission by email through the website’s supported form service. The optional educational email updates checkbox is separate and is not required to submit the form or view the videos.

Video and third-party services

The educational video is hosted at a public streaming URL. Loading or playing it may involve the video hosting provider. The page’s form-first flow is not technical access control for the underlying video file.
